The ChallengeFabrication companies were running customer inquiries, quotations, inventory, production schedules, and technical drawings across spreadsheets, aging software, and a separate drawing package. Work got duplicated, updates went unshared, and nobody could say with confidence where a job actually stood. The manufacturing software that did exist was built for large enterprises, too complex and too costly for a shop of twenty people. The team wanted something cloud-based and shaped around fabrication work specifically, holding CRM, project management, inventory, and 2D drawing in one place.

Fabrication Flow gives a fabrication team one cloud platform for customer relationships, project tracking, quotations, inventory, and precision technical drawings, replacing the spreadsheets and aging tools that work used to be split across.

The main goals were to bring business operations into one system, cut the administrative work being done by hand, and put 2D precision drawing alongside project management rather than in a separate tool.
