Flozo AI is a ready-to-use AI workspace built on one clear idea: a business should not have to design its own automation from scratch. Rather than wiring together low-code building blocks, teams switch on workflows that already do the job and are running within minutes.
The ChallengeFlozo's founders had spent years connecting building blocks, assembling workflows by hand, and then maintaining everything they built. Most automation tools hand a business a box of parts and expect it to build the machine itself. Flozo AI hands businesses the finished engine rather than the parts. Three ready-made AI tools sit together in one workspace: QuotePilot for automated quoting, ChatBuddy for round-the-clock lead capture, and Workmate for company knowledge. All three are available immediately, with no custom development and no technical setup.

The main goal was to put automation within reach of non-technical teams and cut time to value from weeks down to minutes. ChatBuddy picks up every call and message around the clock across web chat, SMS, and CRM, so no lead slips through. Workmate makes company knowledge searchable for every team, with semantic search, short summaries, and support for multiple languages. All three train on the business's own material, whether that is PDFs, an internal knowledge base, or a website, and they connect natively to Slack, Outlook, Gmail, Teams, and Telegram.
